claire was due 2 days after Christmas, but decided to arrive almost a week early! she just could not wait for the Christmas festivities!!!

claire is the most calm, even tempered baby i have seen in a long time. she was wide awake when i arrived, but that did not last long! we got her warm, snuggled up and she drifted off to sleep for the remainder of her session.

she is such a sweetheart and i am so glad that i got to finally see her!

claire’s big sister, madelyn, was so helpful during our session. she would hand me wraps and headbands, hold blankets for me and she even let me know when she thought claire was sleepy 😉 she is already such a wonderful big sister! i cannot wait to see their relationship evolve over the next year.

madelyn was my ‘model’ while claire was getting dolled up in her last outfit change.

i had an email in my inbox from claire and madelyn’s mother by the time i got home from the session…she was letting me know that madelyn couldn’t stop talking about our session and how she was so excited to show everyone how beautiful her and her sister are. i could not agree more. they are gorgeous!
