james is here! katie and will are so blessed to have such a sweet and beautiful baby together. i do not get to do many lifestyle sessions because a lot of people just don’t like the way their home looks, they always want to change something!!! will and katie have just undergone A LOT of construction at their home. they have two other children and they just needed a bigger space to call their own. this session is a celebration of james’ safe and healthy arrival, as well as the celebration of the completion of home construction.

i am so happy for these two…i know they’re happy too.

while i was photographing sweet baby james on their bed, i kept hearing them behind me… “i love you…” – “i love you too sweetie…”

it makes my heart so happy to be able to photograph families in their homes, the most relaxed environment for them and their newborn. it makes for a stress free session for mom and dad because they don’t have to pack anything up and load baby in the car. everything they need is right there available to us!
