because of our absurdly ugly january weather, and due to rain…i was finally able to meet up with molly & samuel for their winter engagement session!!! molly wanted fall engagement photos, and boy did we get some beautiful light creeping through the trees making it look like fall! notice i said look…because it is definitely feeling like winter with these 46º engagement shoots!!!

we met up at cathedral caverns in woodville alabama. molly & samuel traveled from nashville {i’ve got a handful of out of town brides this year!!} and had some of the most beautiful scenery to work with! because of the cold weather, we did not have to worry about fighting crowds either. it was perfect. i think cathedral caverns is one of my new favorite shooting locations now 🙂 i’ll definitely be going back!

watching molly & samuel interact was so funny! samuel is a goofy, fun guy and molly is a little shy {at first meeting!} and quiet. he makes her laugh and does everything he can to keep a smile on her face. samuel had me laughing as well…at a few points in our session i would pull my camera up to take a photo and he would make a face or say something that would just make me laugh! i had to take small breaks throughout 🙂 just to giggle.
