i love photography. all different types. but my heart belongs to portraits and weddings! although a good black and white grabs my heart…so does a colorful, fun and inviting family session!

parents email me all the time asking if i offer anything shorter than my regular portrait package. yes! i definitely do. i know i can get a good 15 minutes of cooperation out of my 4 yr old with a really good bribe. but anything after that is painful and ends with his fake squinty smile, which is not what i want for my family portraits.

mini sessions are perfect for families with small children who don’t typically like pictures. we play for the first 10 minutes and then rock out some pictures for 15-20 and voila! DONE!

a mini session was absolutely perfect for danielle and her family! we had gorgeous (although windy!) weather and the kids left happy 🙂 which is what i want as a photographer!
