i have to be completely honest…the first correspondence between miranda and i was so confusing!  it was busy season for me and when i read her inquiry email i thought it was only for an engagement session! after a few back and forth emails, i finally figured out she was searching for someone to photograph her big day as well as her engagement! i am so lucky to have the brides that i do. they’re the most genuine, sweet and forgiving brides ever too. if i don’t get to their emails immediately, they understand! they know i’m a full time mom as well as a wedding photographer and i have been met with so much grace 🙂

because of this absolutely lovely winter weather we’ve been having…we decided to meet up for a quick session to get their save the dates images and we will meet for a second small shoot for some (hopefully!) glowy light 🙂 i’m so glad she agreed to this because even though their images are absolutely gorgeous…i gotta have some gold light 🙂

miranda and jake were so fun to work with…they even brought their fur baby crimson!
