being able to watch families grow over a year is a tremendous honor! i love watching little ones become siblings, first time parents welcome their baby after years of trying to expand their family. i absolutely adore the way dad pampers mom during the newborn session because he sat there and saw the struggle she went through to bring that precious life into this world. i love watching them grow from session to session…from a kick in mom’s belly to a little weeble wobble walker at their first session! there are so many milestones to document during a baby’s life and having a baby plan helps make sure you can capture each one…and have a photograph (or 600!) to document all the little and big changes going on in their first year.

documenting huck’s first year was so fun. i loved being able to photograph his big brother, hayes, alongside him for a majority of his sessions! each milestone session was different and unique but all of these images can be hung side by side on their walls for these kiddos to grow up looking at!
